To be honest, we have had difficulties both as a team, as a corporate culture and as our stakeholders. Nobody understood what we said in the beginning, maybe we didn't know exactly too. But we didn't give up, municipality management supported us, we cooperated with the right partners and we were finally close to the end of our first BIM-based project. Taking advantage of BIM both in design and in field, we have reached an enviable point by our other partners in the European Union.
Now we've set ourselves a new target. After that, we will work with BIM model in project and application works over a certain budget. We are planning to make more and more effective use of BIM in the field.
